Sea salt and warm water every day outside the piercing twice, non-alcoholic mouthwash after every meal.
I think I have the same ... is in the mouth under the ring? That's where my. I had pierced for a few months and the swell of white showed one or two weeks. I did some research and I think it's just scar tissue. Would, in my case, my swollen lip for a while and I had a ring that is a little bit was small, so that the ring moved slightly to the ring is not as strong, white and scar tissue formed in the hole. That may seem harsh, but only today and not hurt.
