I hope you have a good reason to want, especially in California, home of Standards Code of abundance. It would probably be much easier, a scaffolding unit, perhaps even a sale for use in the building as an office and go from there to buy.
I do not think there is a convenient, you can purchase all the materials (beams, trusses, and), if the wheels can have a structure in place to avoid at the outset.
Even if you deal in a commercial, you need to know all the "secret things" should be like in the trailer, wastewater, drinking water and electricity, so they will be able to be connected without a lot of stupidity.
