Body Shop - Stalling with my car - someone who paints rims in nyc
Hello, my car had a minor accident and I left the workshop on Tuesday because they said if I were to come on Tuesday, will be able to give me his back on Friday. When I went to them they said that my tire was flat and not check it since I do not know why. I said (and showed) the owner and his wife, who has written on the front of my letter. Also I'm trading in my car when I returned because I'm renting a car, I told the seller on Saturday back with my store and signing the papers.
On Friday, the store told me it had to be painted and of course will be back on Monday. OK, so I told the salesman, I'll be back Monday on business with another excuse to do.
Now, It's Monday, and they tell me that we need to hold the wheels to see if it is damaged and may not again today. Helloooo? Thiswhen knew that I leave the car outside. Secondly, I'm not saving for the night. And finally, I looked at the edge and saw no damage. It's just a shot in my eyes, must be repaired or replaced, be it does'nt longer than an hour. If it feels as though this work deals with insurance may pay more. I need my car today. In addition, no work way beyond today. Can anyone tell me what I do, than the owner the right to my car today? Any help much appreciated, thank you!

theres really not much, but you can call to see who can do today and draw a body good reputation, because these guys as they want a court insurance Nice sound. I wouldnt trust them if it takes so long to fix a flat tire and the tires have absolutely nothing to do with them to make street legal car, assuming you have enough tires. If you havent been working on his car but do not pay for everything ... Good luck!
just because you looked at the rim, not at all difficult. It may suffer internal damage or other side. or the damage is so small that it should scrutinize. but still ... it will not one day look at the tires, if any, should a quick check ... their right, should not take so long. I suppose you can take your car ... I'm not sure, you can try.
