Food, depending on the airline
European airlines seem to serve better food.

Often I try to sleep on the flight in any way

For me, smoking is the best. You can walk around the aircraft. Why stop progress? Food Coach is always shit. If you get probably two hot meals (perhaps an omelet for breakfast, potatoes, vegetables and meat) for dinner. You have one or two options. And drinks and snacks in between dry (peanuts, biscuits, watch, etc..) Films. Five films and you're there.
